Job Description :
Content Development • Designing PPTs as per the guidelines and context provided by the stakeholders & subject matter experts
• Developing and uploading online content regularly
• Creating e-learning videos using various software’s such as Camtasia, Filmora etc.
Training Effectiveness • To prepare matrix/dashboard to communicate training effectiveness
• To maintain training & feedback data for various programs, to bring qualitative changes
Handling Frontliner’s training program via • coordinating with internal trainers for training completion,
• connecting with Core team to ensure proper execution of the program around the year
• assisting L&D manager for the execution of various activities – such as Trainers selection, existing trainers refresher training, TTT programs etc.
