Job Description (Key Responsibility & Accountability)
  • Ensure regular day to day connect with blue-collar employees at shop floor as well as Dormitories.
  • Ensure upmost employee engagement level of employees.
  • Ensure timely and effectively Reward and recognition.
  • Counselling of employees and taking disciplinary action as and when required.
  • Ensure all the communication meetings performed timely and effective manners.
  • Ensure Grievance Mechanism Process.
  • Bonding with associates by meeting with individual on very frequent basis.
  • Prepare MIS of HR&ER (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly).
  • Monitoring & reducing of absenteeism by counselling reductionof long absenteeism cases and analysis the data and corrective action for the same.
  • Ensure transition process of the blue-collar employees.
  • Hiring, Induction & training for new blue-collar employees i.e. Code of Conduct, PMS Etc.
This position requires working in the Shifts.
