Elder relationship supervisor responsibilities and duties ensure outstanding elder satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships. They will be accountable for managing and training the resources to ensure the quality and consistency of service to elders, schedule, and conduct status meetings with the appropriate development of resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain good relationships with elders so that the Emoha can maximize the value of those relationships
  • Identify key contacts at potential elders to establish and foster relationships
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints resolution and handle the escalations
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain the elders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Eg: Sales, Tech, etc.) to address elder needs
  • Understand the problems and challenges of elders and identify ways the service could better address those needs
  • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing elders
  • Monitor and be accountable for entire MIS and updates of elders
  • Help in the growth of the organization in the specific practice field.
  • Interact with elders and NOK via emails/calls/ messages.
  • Working on new ideas to promote healthy living.
Personal Skills & Qualities:

  • Proven experience as Client Relationship Manager
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with elders and their families
  • Must be respectful of individuality and diversity, build trusting relationships, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate elders and their families, demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple, potentially competing demands.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Devoted to high-quality elder care service 
Qualification & Experience: 

Minimum - Graduate in any stream 
5+ Years in Customer Service
