Process Overview*
The FAKC (Finance and Accounting Knowledge Center) was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include General Accounting & Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing, Finance Systems Support and Supply Chain Management. This position is for Supply Chain Management
Job Description*
Individual would be a procurement professional and will act as the primary contact for Sourcing Projects routed to the Sourcing Centre of Excellence group for the APAC region. The individual is expected to support highly complex statements of work, master agreements, amendments and addendums. Individual will work on individual deals and also support peer level review and pipeline management. Individual will perform as a contributing member in the Sourcing team to drive compliance to Procurement standards, reduce complexities and highlight opportunities to negotiate with the vendors
Responsibilities*
Procurement professional with deep subject matter expertise Expected to draft, review and approve highly complex statements of work, change orders, amendments and addendums Manages workflow for self and team and is responsible for the timely delivery of all tasks assigned Adds value to the transactions assigned to the team when necessary Resolves or escalates issues to appropriate stakeholders Interaction with senior Line of Business and other business partners.

Good knowledge with documents such as: Statements of Work, Master Agreements, Amendments, Addendums, Change Orders, Non-disclosure Agreements and other similar legal instruments Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office, Ariba or other applications supporting Procurement Operations Strong verbal and written communication skills . Flexibility to deal with multiple concurrent issues and tasks - ability to self manage and prioritize
