Job Description :
  • Area Sales Manager based out of Bhilwara will Head sourcing from the assigned region reporting to the Module Sales Manager Bhilwara.
  • KRA will be generating credit card business through our Channel partners liasoning with branch & Partner banks DGM/AGM/Branch Managers & Branch Employees.
  • Develop relationship with Channel Partners to get more buy in at branches to support card cross selling. Responsible for driving credit card business through client and Associate branches across Bhilwara Module Regions
  • Delivering on volumes (Accounts) COA defined profitability metrics and insurance penetration.
  • Develop man power for sustainable sourcing at location.
  • Track Location performance as per targets and ensure achievement of OP & Quality parameters.
  • Ensuring Location Audit Parameters are adhered to in line with existing policies.
  • Follow up customer complaints to respective cross functional departments.
  • Track Application from End to end from dispatch till decisions.
  • Track Headcount and hire FOS as per location business requirement.
  • Keeping a check on all policy changes marketing offers.
  • Keeping communication flow of changes to team and cross selling channel partners.
  • Location will be a profit centre having predefined cost of acquisition targets. Cost to be tracked and maintained within budget.
  • Weekly trainings refreshers to be conducted for FOS.
  • Maintain regular visits to branches and ensure visibility of Client as a cross selling partner.
  • Location sourcing mix to be altered as per organizational requirement.
  • Premium and High CV Accounts to be driving force to boost profitable sourcing.
