Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Inside Sales
The inside sales rep's support in setting qualified meetings allows the seller to have more client conversations in new buying centers across both mining and hunting accounts. This drives more engagement and improves the possibility of inflows for Genpact.
Responsibilities:
. Support Genpact pipeline infusion through email/ calling/LinkedIn based outreaches.
. Book meetings with new client prospects from varied account archetypes for prioritized buying centers/ offerings.
. Drive qualified meetings for account owners in sales as per annual targets
. Ensure meetings progress through the funnel to become inflows, by driving rigor in qualification
. Ability to set up meetings with target prospects for further detailed discussion on how Genpact offerings can solve prospect's business challenges
. Qualify meetings set up by probing right questions and capturing relevant information from prospects through varied marketing tactics, give effective Genpact and offering introductions
. Quickly grasp offering details and features and articulate the same effectively to target contacts through various channels like mail and phone
. Mine contact info in relevant buying centers across the target accounts through compliant practices using multiple data sources
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
. Graduates/ Post Graduates in any field.
. MBA in Marketing preferred.
. Adherence to upcoming rules and regulations like GDPR rules and other meet client's business objectives
. Successful candidates will exhibit conversational acumen and business savviness, with a passion for making an impact by holding a meaningful conversation about Genpact with senior client stakeholders on the phone.
Preferred Qualifications
. Exposure to marketing automation and CRM technologies like Salesforce, RingDNA, Marketo, is a plus
. Awareness of current and emerging regulations related to data privacy and outreach.
