  • Doing the catchment scoping along with Branch Banking Team to identify market opportunity, industry segments & associations.
  • Jointly review portfolios of Branch Sales & Relationship team to identify opportunities for Business Banking Asset products.
  • Ensures that leads from Branch Sales & Relationship team are provided as per Standard format and leads sharing process which are also captured in CRM for effective tracking.
  • Drives lead generation across all branch roles i.e BRPs, CRPs, RTLs, BRLs, YF BRL Portfolio, BSPs, BSDLs, FA & FPs and help them achieve budgeted target through continuous engagement by attending daily morning huddles, and organizing, business generation activities in consultation with the BBL and CBL BB.
  • Needs to conduct regular trainings/workshops/learning sessions with all resources in branch
  • Tracks the lead flow, monitor the TAT at various lead stages and needs to update the status with respective branch resources

  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
  • Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training.
  • Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
  • Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks.

  • Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
  • Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.

  • For coordinating on all aspects to conversion of leads and their closures.

  • Branch Banking
  • For coordinating on acquisition of New–to–Bank Business Banking MSME relationships through the CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Master’s degree in Financial Management is preferred
