The role holder is responsible for generating leads from allotted branches existing portfolio and/prospect referred by branch team and not to source clients through cold calling.
Doing the catchment scoping along with Branch Banking Team to identify market opportunity, industry segments & associations.
Jointly review portfolios of Branch Sales & Relationship team to identify opportunities for Business Banking Asset products.
Ensures that leads from Branch Sales & Relationship team are provided as per Standard format and leads sharing process which are also captured in CRM for effective tracking.
Drives lead generation across all branch roles i.e BRPs, CRPs, RTLs, BRLs, YF BRL Portfolio, BSPs, BSDLs, FA & FPs and help them achieve budgeted target through continuous engagement by attending daily morning huddles, and organizing, business generation activities in consultation with the BBL and CBL BB.
Needs to conduct regular trainings/workshops/learning sessions with all resources in branch
Tracks the lead flow, monitor the TAT at various lead stages and needs to update the status with respective branch resources

Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.

Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
