Job description:
User administration(User creation, deletion & skill assignment)
• Handling all the issues related to the product Aspect Unified IP system, Aspect Workforce Management, Workforce Optimization, Aspect Back Office optimization & Aspect Quality Management.
• Working on the Telephony, Database, Core Servers & Redundant server issue online with customer and try to fix it asap.
• Efficiently manage entire day-to-day activities covering wide functional areas include designing & developing the workflow program, debugging and troubleshooting of the application.
KRAs:
• Problem solving skills with logical analysis and reasoning.
• An effective communicator with good interpersonal, analytical and people management skills.
• Demonstrated abilities in consulting, demonstrations, application installation & implementation.
• Gathering customer requirements / expectations, preparing specifications, solution demonstration as well as handling the solution designing for an effective service delivery.
Core Competence /Technical skills:
• Problem solving skills with logical analysis and reasoning.
• Call Centre/Contact Centre Technology.
• Aspect Ensemble Pro / Unified IP /List Management etc.
• SSL, TLS, Certificate concepts.
• Wireshark.
• Database – Microsoft SQL, Sybase
• Networking, LAN, SIP.
• Data analytics, Data mining, Dashboard and Reporting.
