The Candidate is required to Lead a team of 5-6 Individual contributors, selling Low Voltage Switchgears & Low Voltage Motors to the Customers of Coimbatore City and Territories like Salem, Madurai etc. comprising of Key Accounts, OEMS, End Users, Panel Builders / Contractors and handling Channel Partners. Job Description: Develop, Coach, Mentor & Guide a high performance team with clear stated deliverables, adopt and practice Growth Mindset. Should be competent to handle & solve customer issues and guide the team accordingly. Risk mitigation & management, back up action plan in achieving target numbers is a must. Motivate the team for Delta volume growth through KRA Initiatives & Focus Areas in alignment with respective SI EP & LVM BU expectations. Knowledge of Siepan and driving opportunities with Key End-users and major customers. Monitor and achieve own sales targets as well as cross selling opportunities and target achievements. Team Management / Business Acquisition / Order Execution / Customer Relationship Management / Business Information Management and Reporting. Drive Digitalization topic & Skill set development. Maintain all data up-to-date in SieSales CRM tool. Effective utilization of all available tools and selection software in addressing & facilitating customer needs. Secure business through Rate contracts and effective maintenance till expiry and renewals. Communicate effectively within the team and to the customers for a win - win situation. Good knowledge of Drives and Automation complementing LV Switchgears and Motors knowledge & application will be an added advantage Conduct Growth Talks and feedback to be discussed with necessary course guidance both with the team and the line manager. How do you qualify for the role. You have to be a candidate with 10 - 15 Years in experience in Sales. With a Bachelor degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Sales Skill Sets/ Knowledge / Competencies. Should also be well conversant with Commercial concepts, Customer and Channel Partner handling. Quality and result-oriented, with entrepreneurial spirit and strong customer focus. You will be handling this role from Coimbatore as base location and have to travel to territories as need and situation arises. We're Siemens.
