1) Accountable for sales and business development of assigned territory, for the agreed top line & bottom line and to achieve targets.
2) Manage & motivate distributor sales teams across the territory and carry out all the necessary business development activities in the assigned territory.
3) To participate in the planning of sales strategy and then to implement Client sales and marketing strategy in the assigned territory.
4) Identify potential installation teams and assist with any training that may be required.
5) Assist in planning and managing of any Distributor stocks.
6) Ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations to Sales teams, Channel Partners & Clients, recording all information on a central database.
7) Where appropriate to Identify and appoint new Distributors / channel partners / clients in various markets sectors after agreement from the Country Head.
8) To be able to present the client solutions to end users, influencers, specifiers, Architects etc
9) Support the Country Head with product sales forecasts and market intelligence
10) Conduct product training and seminars for internal and external customers
11) Ensure prompt submission of MIS.
12) Must be able to develop excellent product knowledge and also develop a capability to conduct product training when required.
