Job Description

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Responsible for business and timely collection across entire Area.
  • Responible for achievement of goals of the team along with individual.
  • Training and development of team to achieve the set target.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to enhance sales performance.
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Identify new accounts in assigned region, conducting regular trainings for sales person to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure timely billing to customer, manage the collection process so that receivables are accrued within the prescribed time frames.
  • Submit consolidated monthly activity reports to reporting manager.
  • Build sales culture and sales centric atmosphere among the team members.
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
  • Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team.
