Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities :
. Strategy and Planning: The candidate will assist Operations Managers in devising operations strategy for effectively scaling the operations . Implementation: The candidate will show a strong bias for action in getting the plans implemented in a short span of time . People Management: The Area Manager is expected to manage a team of 5 - 8 Fleet Managers & between 500 - 1000 Delivery Executives . Ensure excellent customer experience and address customer escalations . Provide individual coaching feedback sessions, and weekly one-on-ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate:
. 2 - 4 years (preferably in field operations) . Prior experience in process design and operations implementation (preferably in logistics / Supply chain management) . Prior managerial experience (experience in managing blue collared workers such as delivery executives is a big plus) . Structured problem solving, detail oriented and customer first attitude . Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
