• 1) Basic Code Writing & Debugging Skill for in-house applications.
• 2)Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure
• 3)L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support
• 4)Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle , tools understanding of zendesk/JIRA
• 6)Co-ordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.
• 7)Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.
• 8)Support L3 team during implementation
• 1)Minimum 1-3 Yrs experience in L1 or L2 Application Support
• 2) Java, Java Script , SQL Fundamentals
• 3)Good oral and Witten communication skill
