Tech Skill : Appian Development

: PAN India ( LTI Office Hybrid Working )

Relevant Experiences :
P2 ( 3 to 5 yrs ) and P3 ( 5 to 10 yrs ) Cadre.

Notice Period Immediate to 3o days Max.

Mandatory Skills:
Responsible for component development.Experience in automating business workflows using Appian.
Translate and build the functional requirement into Appian business flows
Involved in getting the requirements, designing and mapping the same to the Business processes
Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
Perform Development Activities Developing and Executing various Applications.
Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance.
Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities.
Technical Requirements
- Hands on experience with Process model, SAIL, Expression Rules, Integration.
- Experience in designing and developing integrations with 3rd party system
- Possesses good knowledge on best practices suggested by Appian in designing the solutions.
- Experience in creating and executing the units tests in Appian designer.
- Experience in DB management.
- Excellent understanding Appian Group types, Process Designing, Security and CDT
- Expert on designating the reports and develop those using Appian
- Understand the rules management and CDT use in Appian.
- Good knowledge of Agile Scrum and knowledge of tools like JIRA
Additional Skills - Must be Appian Level 1 and/or 2 certified
Soft Skills Very good in Communication
Educational Qualification- Bachelors In Engineering (any) and above
IT Experience - Minimum 2 yrs of IT Experience. (Minimum 1 year Experience in Appian mandatory)

Good to have skills:
-Experience in building plugins using Appian.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs
-Prior experience working with business analysts to understand desired system requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
-Prior experience in a client facing role.
