  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 : The individual will provide level 2 level 3 support for API Applications 2 : The candidate will perform configuration changes as required 3 : The candidate will provide preventive maintenance activities to ensure stabilization of the system 4 : The candidate will support client change management process and activities 5 : Development of small enhancements related to API and microservices

    • Technical Experience : 1 : Six Years of experience in Apigee, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Open Shift, Kibana, Junit 2 : Three years of Experience in API Gateway, AWS 3 : Experience in working with GIT, GIT Bash 4 : Hands on experience in Devops CI/CD set up 5 : AWS cloud certification will be preferred 6 : Hands on experience on Service Now, Splunk 7 : Four years of experience in Production support 8 : Experience with Support and exposure to ITIL practices are preferable

    • Professional Attributes : 1 : Resource should be flexible to work in UK shift 2 : Good interpersonal communication skill is required

    • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
