Job Description

Key expectations from the role are -
.Accountable for hands on analytics project delivery of marketing measurement analysis & tracking reports for regional and country campaigns
.Bring analytical & statistical rigor into marketing measurement with techniques such as Design Of Experiments (DOE), Sampling and Probability Distributions
.Work closely with the Big Data Implementation, Products, Business Analysis & Insights, and modeling teams to bake in details of new campaign launch into tracking reports
The ideal candidate would have:
  • Depth of expertise in marketing analytics, especially related to marketing campaigns tracking, Design of Experiments & attribution
  • Expertise in statistical methods for campaign measurement such as sampling, test of hypotheses, statistical distributions and probability functions.
  • Extensive knowledge of analytics/reporting tools, query languages such as SAS, SQL & Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through coherent and clear visualization, presentation & communication skills
  • Knowledge of / experience with multi-channel and cross-channel attribution
  • Experience with in-depth marketing analytics and problem solving, ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities
  • Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leverage consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through various marketing channels

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics roles with exposure of working in financial services (preferred domain)
  • Strong knowledge of basic statistics and proven track record of using statistics in past projects
  • Strong Knowledge of marketing analytics techniques & query languages: SAS & SQL

  • Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics etc. from Premier Institute or a track record of performance that demonstrates this ability
