Job Description

This position requires an experienced Benefits administrator with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. A requirement to demonstrate a flexible approach and ability to work within tight deadlines is essential.
To provide support to the APAC Benefits Manager for benefit administration in the APAC region
  • Responsible for supporting the day to day management of APAC pension and benefit plans
  • Managing documentation of all benefits plans and pensions throughout APAC, including associated contracts, to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Providing support for annual enrolment processes in APAC locations including communications and coordinating benefits fairs
  • Supporting the implementation of new APAC benefit initiatives
  • Support review of intranet content for Benefit related topics for APAC
  • Supporting vendor management and compliance activities relating to all APAC benefit vendors via the Third Party Risk Management Program (TPRM)
  • Supporting periodic APAC wide data reviews

Skills and Experience
  • 3 or more years’ experience in a/HR operations/benefits administration
  • Fluency in written and oral English. (very good level)
  • Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to deliver high quality work and to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management and handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Experience of managing projects
  • Flexible, 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills .
