Job Title: Analyst-International customer service Trainer

Location: Mumbai ( Vikhroli)

About the Organization:

Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision
Job Description :
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience as a voice coach or trainer with International BPO experience.
  • International voice experience in BPO previous experience in customer service
  • Must have conducted email call or chat audits and have knowledge of different feedback mechanisms (Sandwich model GROW model etc.)
  • Must have some background of customer service in order to know about culture sensitization first contact resolution interpersonal skills etc.
  • Must speak well with no obvious sound/pronunciation errors particularly s/sh errors v/w errors.
  • Need to be familiar with certain terms like - NPS AHT (Average Handling Time) throughput (trainers scorecard) Bottom quartile management.
  • Flexible working in night shifts.
