Job Purpose
  • Drive and facilitate best-in-class customer experience across formats, through rigorous system and process compliance and Customer-Centricity as the DNA
  • 1. TNPS target achievement
  • 2. EQ - LFS/SFS : achievement against target
  • 1. Postpaid RGA : Achievement against Target, through timely implementation of the infra build up plan and Project Parivartan
  • MNP as % RGA
  • Acquisition churn /T4M retention
  • Base upgrade revenue
  • Enterprise (non-mobility) revenue
  • No. of profitable Large Format Stores
  • No. of profitable franchisees as per normative profitability grid (basis townclass)
  • Overall COCA/RGA : actual vs budget
  • Adherence to Cluster/Circle Retail Opex budget

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
1. 100% HSW Compliance and Zero fatality
2. NIP Penetration: %ge frontline earning at least 90% of target payout
3. Improve Gender balance in the team by 5% over LY
4. Reduction in Associate and FTE attrition
5. % of team completing recommended learning modules
1. App download for new activations
2. DID interactions
3. Activation of Digital Leads : O2D efficiency, where applicable
