Job Title After Sales Service Head
Job Responsibilities
To handle team of technicians on daily basis
To provide training to the technicians and upgrade their skill sets on regular basis
Drive improvements and increase efficiencies and consistency within the After Sales team
Define and manage co-ordination of the long range strategic plans for the after sales business based on
future business growth
To guide customers with technical guidance of the product
Job requirement
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills oral and written. (English and Hindi both)
. Strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills
Minimum 5 year experience in bathroom fitting industry.
Job location Mohali
Annual CTC - 3.5 lakh 5 lakh
To manage all After Sales Service KPIs (cost, first time fix, call turnaround time, productivity output and efficiency ratio per employee) to achieve maximum efficiency/excellent customer service delivery at the Customer Care Centres Pan India at all times
To ensure excellent customer service delivery at the Customer Care Centre at all times- Handling 80 to 100 Calls per week aimed atensuring proper repair order flow to satisfy warranty requirements for Bath Fittings.
To work with the store department as appropriate to ensure proper stocking of high use parts. Follow up the stock of spare parts periodically to keep a balanced stock.
To obtain competitive bids on all tools, equipment and supplies for cost maximization.
To monitor the team to ensure that customer inconveniences, complaints and misunderstandings are dealt with fairly and quickly.
To proactively plan for service business expansion. andbring down the service call closing time strategically to minimum hours.
Female Candidates with good Communication & Coordination Skills will be preferred.
