Job Title: AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description:
  • Design, Solutioning & implementation of AEM/AWS infrastructure-based web solutions, including design, and development of styling, SPA, content models, workflows, OSGI components, servlets, caching strategy and user permissions.
  • Maintain and manage AEM/AWS environment, including AEM instances, dispatchers, load balancer, CDN, backup and traffic monitoring, with Adobe and AWS recommended best practices.
  • Code Review & QA for solutions
  • Integrate AEM with other marketing products like Assets, Target, Campaign, and Telstra internal downstream systems.
  • Work closely with the onshore team and business stakeholders to gather business requirement, design solutions, support production,
  • Implementation of best practices for secure web programming and deployment. Adhere to internal best practices with respect to coding standards, unit test coverage, automation, and continuous integration.
  • Mentoring developers & testers in team
  • Providing responsive support and undertaking corrective action in areas of specialisation.
  • Complying with change management principles and processes

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Extensive CQ/Adobe Experience Manager Development experience required, has expertise in AEM architecture, performance tuning, Sightly, Java Content Repository suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, Apache Jackrabbit and Digital Asset Management
  • Minimum 8 years of J2EE web application development experience. Strong in CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, single page application, servlets and core java. React.JS, Angular will be an added advantage
  • Hands on coding experience.
  • Experience in web accessibility, SEO and responsive web development (bootstrap).
  • Experience in Automation and Continuous Integration and Delivery. Familiar with CI/CD and automation tools are highly desirable.
  • Experience in SaaS and Amazon AWS services including VPC, S3, cloud front, EC2 cloud formation, cloud watch, autoscaling.
  • Experience in system integration. Familiar with security and authentication, e.g. SSL, MASSL, SAML, OAuth, TLS.
  • Experience of Scrum or similar agile development methodology required. Familiar with IDE (IntelliJ, eclipse, vs code or sublime, etc), GIT, Bamboo, JIRA and Bamboo.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a large team, excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
  • Knowledge in database, APIgee, microservices, proxies, elastic search, New Relic, Splunk, PCF, F5 or HAProxy is highly desirable.
