• The most important requirement for clerk typists is the ability to type at least 40 – 60 words per minute; so much information is given at once that quick typing skills are vital to record everything.
• Take up the matter of issuing online certificates to clients from time to time when required.
• Keeping track on email communications with clients.
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, keeping taps on clients scrutiny assessments and follow-ups communications with income tax authorities.
