Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, a leading Australian Education & Immigration Company, looking for

Admin Process Manager

Roles & Responsibilities / Skill set: 


Manage 150 Australian students from Admission / Exams / Fee's  / Coordination between Students & University.
Expert in working on Microsoft Excel.
Assess and process enrolment forms based on our procedures (Guidelines) in Student Management System (SMS)
Ensure completion of admission formalities and maintain proper records of student credentials including admission letter, photographs, educational qualification records, fee receipts and other mandatory documents. Promptly update student records in SMS.
Sending Emails and SMS (Contacting student & Agents).
Monitoring students academic progress including attendance, assignments and Fee Payment.
Maintaining Constant follow-up with student and Agents by sending Newsletters
Uploading Documents and Maintaining Consistency according to our Procedures.
And be very Confidential.

The candidate must be good in English.
Ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality
Demonstrate strong commitment to high levels of professionalism and customer service
High level Speaking and listening skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate initiative in dealing with people in a variety of situations
Excellent time management skills, the ability to priorities workload and manage competing demands
Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure all work is accurate
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of administration services or a customer service environment
Commitment to teamwork and the ability to work independently
A strong work ethic, professional appearance and punctuality
Able to Start at 5 in line with Australian Eastern Standard Time (9:30 AM) -Melbourne
Qualification & Experience :
Any Graduate with 2-5 years of Experience, preferably from BPO - Processing side.
Good Comm skills in English a Must.
Salary - Negotiable.
Job Timings : Morning 05.00 P.M to 02.00 P.M 
Job Location : Jubilee Hills (1 km from Chiranjeevi Blood Bank).
