We will count on you to:
  • Delivery Management of assignments / projects with all regulatory guidelines and processes within stipulated time
  • Develop an understanding of technical areas as appropriate to role under the guidance of a senior member of the team
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for improvements to process templates
  • Personal Development with active participation in team meetings
  • Training and sharing of knowledge with colleagues
  • Make steady progress with appropriate professional examinations

What you need to have:
  • Graduation in any stream. Should be a member of the Actuarial profession (enrolled to complete actuarial studies at least)
  • Should have successfully cleared minimum of 2 actuarial papers
  • Knowledge of EB pensions domain
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Knowledge and understanding of benefit calculations
  • Basic skills in MS Office

What makes you stand out
  • Masters in Statistics / Mathematics / Actuarial science
  • Should have cleared CT1, CT5
  • Any internship done within actuarial domain or related past work experience
  • Knowledge of other forms of Employee Benefits
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and VBA (macros)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptive to organisational culture and business environment
