Job Purpose :
The role entails supporting the process pertaining to account opening and customer service for Corporate Salary segment. The role bearer would be responsible for supporting processing of forms and service requests for a designated branch driving the account opening and customer service process for corporate salary segment for a region contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Process forms for account opening and close the service request for Corporate Salary segment on First Time Right approach and errors within acceptable norms
  • Assisting in timely resolution of queries/discrepancies raised by stakeholders
  • Aligning with the Channel Partners to highlight & resolve discrepancies, if any, at the earliest to ensure smooth client on boarding.
  • Ensuring adherence to banking regulation & policies pertaining to Anti Money laundering, Know Your Customer (KYC), Data & Information security etc.
  • Assist Acquisition Process Manager in spearheading initiative to reduce operational costs and drive strategies to increase profitability
  • Regularly updated on products, policy and competition
  • Ensure complaince to internal guidelines and regulations

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate - Any
4+ years of relevant experience (Hospitality experience and exposure in customer service environment preferred)
