. Domain knowledge in F&A (Added advantage) . Account specific resource Onboarding / Offboarding through SharePoint portal requests, workflows . Compliance tracking like course completion, asset tracking and recovery, location and allocation details . ODC facilities BEF coordination like Spot checks, CCD, Maintenance staff, space tracking/expansion and getting involved in CCAT / internal audits . Governance and Reports which covers contractual agreement terms and ad-hoc requests . Billing Summary, Invoicing review, confirmation consolidation and Invoice Dispatch . Document / SOW / CR reviews . Communication, writing and presentation of data points. Able to interpret the requirement and follow process guidelines . Team player, quick learner and proactively take up the activities till the closure . Ability to prioritize and be flexible at work. . Proficiency in MS office Tool, MS Teams and especially MS Excel including working knowledge of Filters, Sorting, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas and lookups.
