Working in People Operations means being part of a large team that helps drive our business forward each and every day in truly special and impactful ways. • As part of the Talent Acquisition Account manager team you will be responsible for ensuring an amazing candidate experience by managing the Interview scheduling process for our Recruiters and hiring managers. • You will support & Target Recruiters with high volume interview scheduling, requisition entry, candidate processing and provide support/problem solving to recruiters, hiring managers and candidates as they prepare and partake in the interview process. Responsibilities • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to enable business. • Good understanding and working of recruitment analytics to build a robust recruitment strategy. • Clearly communicate recruitment goals and objectives with the team. • Develop new sourcing strategies as per the need of the requirement. • Build a strong network of passive and active candidates to effectively close positions as per SLAs. • Handling end-to-end recruitment coordination for the vertical assigned. • Interacting with the clients for better understanding of requirements. • Minimum 5-6 hours dedicated time per day. • Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews by partnering with Recruiting team and hiring managers • Effectively interface with candidates, managers & employees at all levels to ensure the most positive candidate experience • Handle on site interview logistics/set up, as needed, such as setup of conference calls, Google hangout interviews, Skype. • Set expectations with the candidate regarding venue details for the interview process and help with answering any questions • Scheduling and rescheduling of interviews in conjunction with Google calendaring • Verify resumes for accuracy when uploading to resume database system • Submit & process candidate, capture feedbacks and cascade the same with respective recruiters.
