An AM is the focal point for all engagements with the client. He/she will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, and increase mindshare and share of wallet .
Drive CIS Sales in the accounts
Understanding of CIS offerings Infrastructure Management , Cloud , System Integration and Maintenance business .
Identify opportunities of growth in the account and lead deal winning strategy and planning
Drive penetration of CIS offerings in relevant client orgs, developing and strengthening relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Create propositions working with CIS competencies
Lead negotiation and commercial terms for the deals.
Monitors and incorporates trends and market dynamics into account strategy and plan
Minimum 12 years account management experience
