Job Description: The candidate should have BPM experience with BPM platforms like IBM BPM 8.6 or higher
- Production support duties during business hours and after hours and weekends as needed for application deploys etc..
- Involved in supporting IBM BPM BPD's, Services, Web Services, Java Connectors, DB Connectors, Coaches etc..
- Perform unit testing and system integration validations.
- Take necessary steps to correct job failure, communication status of jobs, accept and resolve problem tickets etc.
- Participate in overall system testing and support implementation of the application into production environment.
- Communicate effectively with the project team for Production issues.
- Lead technical triage activities for Low to medium severity incidents.
-Complete critical requests on demand to support our clients and application.
-Troubleshoot complex production issues leverage partner teams and learn from Subject Matter Experts
-Drive efforts to find root cause as part of problem management and to provide.
-Facilitate continuous improvement to increase stability, client delight and operational excellence.
-Identify and aid with development of improvements through automation.
Build strong partnerships across technology, business, and operational teams.

- Work with team of application developers (team members and contractors) and collaborate with a senior architect and solution designer to effectively deliver projects, enhancements and applications.
