Job Title Associate/Senior Associate Technical Support
Department: Largest Telecom Network in Australia
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 0-5 years
Shift Timings: Australian Shifts and flexibility is required since the operations from the customer is running in different shifts.
Reporting: Team Leader

Key responsibilities :

  • Troubleshooting of network related issues
  • Provide technical Support to International clients over the call and email
  • Establish good customer relationship

Skills Required:
  • Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills
  • Good comprehensibility and understand ability of what customer want.
  • Excellent communication and technical Experience
  • Good listening skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Age should be between 18 to 35 years
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
