Zensar Hiring for Salesforce ( ServiceMax / Service Cloud) Professional in Pune

Job Description

• Strong understanding of Service Max platform and Service Business Process

• Must have experience in Service Max Implementation/Extension development

• Must have experience in Service Max Mobile-i-Pad implementation and support

• Must have experience in at-least one Service Max Implementation and Support project

• Good Technical understanding of Lightning

• Good technical understanding Force.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and other cloud based experience will be treated as an advantage

• Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform

• Recommend alternate approaches, analyse impacts, and provide sizing estimates; review deliverables for accuracy and quality

• Good understanding of Salesforce Design and Development best Practices, Apex design parameters, Governor limits, Shared platform best practices

• Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs

• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II will be treated as an advantage.
