Key Focus Areas:
Strategic Sourcing, End to End Recruitment Cycle and Serving Client Requirements
Understand the client requirements
Developing Sourcing Strategy/ Plan for various requirements
Source Right-Fit candidates from various sources such as Job Portals, Networking Sites, References, Applications on Company Website and others.
Evaluate the profiles, shortlist and submission of right fit profiles to clients.
Ensure that CV submission is completed within the Turn Around Times (TAT) requirements of clients.
Negotiate with candidates and follow through activities till on-boarding of the candidates as per the offer
conditions of the client.
Help the Team Manager in developing candidate database.
Involve in all initiatives of the organization towards process improvements and individual competency
Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C/1099 with U.S.
Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates
Should be familiar with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Techfetch etc.
Proven successful sales record in the U.S IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
Able to recruit candidates with OPT,H1B, GC, U.S Citizens
