Job Description
• The ideal candidate must have 1-5 Years of experience in Technical Recruitment in US IT Staffing.

• Must have good experience in hiring Candidates on Full time position & Contract Positions and must be well connected with Vendors to hiring candidates on Corp to Corp and full time .

• Experience/Knowledge in hiring Data Engineering technologies resources will be an added advantage.

• Should have good experience working with Business Heads & Hiring Managers.

• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).

• Must have experience in using job portals (Monster, DICE,CB) and other open source platforms.

• Strong experience in tax terms, negotiations, building relationships.

• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

• Very Strong communication and inter personal skills.
