Job Description:

• Core duties - Sales training delivery, quality audit (calling and in- branch), and content support.

• Will be responsible for entire Chennai Location.

• Expertise in conducting result oriented TNA and TNI along with measurable execution.

• Expert on sales training and product & process refresher sessions.

• Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including new joinee training, refresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring.

• Ensure timely business requirement management, calendar plan, and liaising with multiple stakeholders.

• Interested to deliver and contribute towards process improvement.

• Assist with the development of training manuals, modules, and curriculum courses (Prepare all materials for training courses prior to class), fair hold on power point presentation and excel is expected.

• Formulate L&OD strategy across divisions and takes initiatives to strengthen the training inventory.

• Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and adapt to new policies and procedures, and processes of the customer service.

• Sharing knowledge & information/ Training for team, team developmental activities
