Job Description
• Identify, develop, implement and update the training needs for the respective Units in consultation with Business Manager/Operations team.

• Plan and direct all trainings in terms of content, systems and policies in consultation with reporting Managers

• Implement overall training strategy and training plan as evolved by corporate training manager.

• Interact with employees/Departmental HODs periodically for their feedback on the performance of employees.

• Research different methods of training and development strategies pertaining to different levels and groups of employees at respective Units.

• Build relationships and liaise with colleagues/ Pears to provide internal and external training

• Provide counseling services to all employees for training issues and requests

• Interact and coordinate and with Units HR to address all training-related issues

• Work closely with the support of all Deputy training Manager and Units HR to complete the structured training programs successfully

• Communicate clearly with other departments to carry out training programmes effectively

• Analyze trends and data to ensure operationally sound training systems

• Take initiatives to organize welfare activities and employee engagement programs to ensure ongoing growth and development of employees at all levels

• Maintain confidentiality regarding all training material developed and used

• Implementation of Company Induction Program across the Units

• Preparing Training MIS, Reports and communicating to Corp Training/HR team.

• To attend monthly Departmental meetings with trainers to ensure training needs are being covered.

• Be aware and implement Sayaji best practices to achieve organizational goals.
