Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Moderate understanding of IT terminology and processes.
Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and open positions.
Good into referencing, searching, Mapping and Head hunting.
Sourcing profiles through various job portals, Social Networking Sites, internal database as per the requirements.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and tech panel.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
Must be proactive, self-driven, and logical thinker.
Minimum a Bachelors degree ideally with in Technology or Business space.
Years of experience in Recruitment with good understanding of all elements of the processes.
Background from a process oriented organization with importance to details.
Knowledge and understanding of trending technologies and the IT market.
Excellent English Communication both written and verbal.
Proven candidate management and negotiation skills.
