Job Description
6-9 years’ experience in an HR systems and business analysis with broad knowledge of payroll operations and systems

Experience in Oracle fusion HCM end-to-end implementation (minimum 2) as a functional with modules of Payroll, Time & Attendance is must

Experience in any of the Payroll, T&A products – ADP, Kronos is advantage

Self-driven, and goal oriented with a focus in delivering a business solution that meets user’s needs and supports efficiency and agility to their business.

Ideal candidate will be well versed in business analysis practices and have good understanding of HR Data and processes.

Define payroll business requirements and lead business solution designs.

Work closely with HR and Finance partners across the globe and help deliver a world class payroll & time attendance system that optimizes operational effectiveness and business support.

Gather stakeholder/end user requirements by studying business functions; analyzing business systems requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities

Partner with HR, IT, Finance business leaders to identify, develop, and implement process and/or system solutions

Good understanding of SDLC and possess project management skills with the ability to focus on details

Excellent organization and prioritization capabilities

Effective communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills

Excellent presentation skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite and expert level Excel and Visio skills
