Job Description
• Maintaining daily calendar

• Managed external contacts and keep track of periodic communication needed for priority contacts.

• Organize meetings and Keeping track of critical meetings

• Attend meetings and take minutes as required and follow up on actions as well

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Preparing & emailing agenda of the meetings to the participants if required

• Documentation and record keeping

• Coordination with other departments for facilitation of work

• Provide daily executive assistance

• Complete all specific tasks and instructions as assigned by COO

• Booking of Flight tickets, Hotel Arrangement – International & Domestic

• Preparation of expense statement and settling the same to the Finance department after the travel
