1. Call interested prospects to explain the Cashkumar lender eco-system and get them to invest
2. Keep lenders updated and respond to queries concerning investments, collections and maintain relevant records as well as reports
3. Undertake paid/unpaid marketing activities to grow the network, initiate referral programs and establish partnerships
4. Branding the company on social media platforms to onboard more lenders resulting in lead generation.
5. Troubleshoot technology related issues and suggest platform improvements to the development team
6. Co-ordinating with multiple departments in resolving queries and suggesting strategic inputs to the top management
7. Engaging the lenders by communicating strategic changes in organization and process change.
8. Retaining the old lenders, ensuring minimum escalation thereby keeping the existing database of lenders intact.
Maintaining co-ordial relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure smoothness in operations
1. Creative thinker, self-starter, responsive and confident
2. Ability to consistently deliver results on designated KPIs
3. Ability to persuade and convince the new lenders
4. Smart communicator with good presentation skills
5. High level proficiency in MS-Office suite usage
6. High level of professional work ethics
7. Strong grasp of Hindi Language
Graduates or MBA with at least 1year of experience
Exposure to the service industry or client handling role is preferred
Target oriented experience in previous jobs
People from Banking or Fintech sectors will be preferred
