Helping customers solve technical issues with our App&Website.
Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our App&Website..
Developing customer-facing documentation for our website on an as-needed basis.
Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.
Work is done primarily via email, with some phone contact.
Familiarity with Data Mining and Data Migration
Experience with RSS Feed,Knowledge with API will be a add advantage
Excellent understanding of Technical Fundamentals of the Internet.
The ability to be a good listener,and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
Excellent telephone mannerisms. Some support will be provided over the phone (via our VoIP system).
2-3 Years previous experience in a Technical Support role.
Experience:2-6 in Technical Knowledge with excellent communication skill

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
