I) Executing the undertaken project

2) Handling operations and client management

3) Direct client interaction, for their needs & requirements and queries

4) Responsible for end to end project management

5) Briefing creative team, helping in the creation of a concept.

6)Coordinating with the operations team for successful execution of the project.Ø

7) Daily reporting and client servicing.Ø

8) Conceptualizing new techniques of marketing the productØ

9) Building successful customer relationship management.Ø

Core Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing new and existing business accounts

· Established growth plans for teams and managed account calls, presentations and negotiations

· Strategized and executed campaigns for clients.

-Identifying prospective clients, establishing strategic partnership and alliances, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased growth.

-Building healthy relationships with institutional and corporate clients ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

-Good communication & written skills.

- Proficiency on MS EXCEL .
