Recruitment –

1. Job Description

2. Identify the competencies required

3. Identify the source for hiring

4. Interview the candidate

5. Coordinate the interview with the respective department and

6. If selected, complete the documentation

7. Conducts interviews up to senior executive levels


1. Joining formalities

2. Handling Employee Database (Both in soft form and files management)

3. Leaves and attendance management

4. Handling the payroll

5. Confirmations, Performance Appraisal, Performance Management

6. Exit-Interviews

7. Full and Final Settlement


1. Assist in Admin activities as and when needed

2. Data basing for critical vendors, suppliers and service-providers.

3. Co-ordinate with offshore, local, in-house admin team for admin activities

Job Specification of IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter –

1. Degree/Diploma in human resources management, business administration

2. Proficient in HR matter.
3. Experience must in CRM & ERP industry.
3. Good writing skills

4. Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines

5. Expert user of MS Office applications (Specifically word, excel) and numerically inclined

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
