Job Description
To oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between stake holders and the business in operational platform.

Translate business requirements into effective HR practices across the business, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.

Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders.

Specific Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection

Initiate and manage the Manpower Requisitions based on the discussions with the business managers

Identify potential sourcing channels : External recruitment/Consultant/Internal Move

Device recruitment strategies for the projects based on the feasibility reports

Offer negotiations and roll out

Timely onboarding of staff as per the project go live dates.

Manage the team on critical administrative activities: VISA documentations and processing, VISA renewals, etc.

Induction and follow through

Manage the staff cost as per business plan and ensure occupancy and productivity of staff

Enroll the new hires in the HRIS

Responsibilities and Duties

Employee Relations

Act as the first line of contact in Human Resources for any employee relations issues involving employees

between Managers.

Ensure that the management is made aware of any sensitive employee relations issues that arise as appropriate.

Support, develop and coach people managers to manage employee relations issues using Company policies,

procedures and best practice, ideally resolving issues.

Team Development

Support, develop and coach the team, with their personal and professional development, ensuring that they are

appropriately involved in operational issues as appropriate.

Support, develop and coach local people managers in relation to their approach and consideration of people issues, ensuring that they understand the impact of these on the individual and the business.

Rewards & Recognition

Responsible for executing the quarterly and annual R&R programme for the business by initiating nominations across the business as per the process

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Education:

o Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration

Work Experience:

o 8 plus years of professional work experience in HR.

Competencies:

o Proven analytical and written presentation skills and ability to communicate to a number of internal and external

stakeholders.

o Excellent logical reasoning and attention to detail.

o Ability to identify potential problems before they occur.

o Demonstrated capacity for self-organization.

o Good system knowledge (MS Office and other tools)

Candidate should have experience in Talent Acquisition in Retail

He should be open to travel and work 6 days a week
