1.) Meet and Greet incoming visitors and associates.
2.) To collect all inward letters and main inward register.
3.) Handling Incoming & Outgoing calls.
4.) Issuing Access cards to new joinees, enabling and disabling access card.
5.) Retrieving Access card data monthly or as per requirement for HR & Partners.
6.) To maintain daily courier / register of all inward documentation.
7.) To maintain record of new library books purchased.
8.) Forwarding Mails and messaging to Partners, Employees & Articles as per requirement.
9.) Travel Bookings – Air tickets, Railway tickets including Tatkal, Bus tickets, Web checking, Hotel booking, Vehicle booking for pick up & drop.
10.) Coordination with Office Assistants at the time of meetings.
11.) Assistance to HR & Admin whenever required.
12.) Participation in arranging various functions of GDA group.
13.) Any other function as directed by partners.
