Job Description/Key Deliverables:
Understand the consumer journey cycle management - New user onboarding, retention, repeat purchase, usage frequency & devise an engagement plan across all platforms.
Good analytical insights into customer usage patterns to sharpen engagement & increase usage frequency.
Analyze consumer data, evaluate opportunities, understand potential user segment & come with plans to improve on consumer engagement & usage pattern, keep retention levels high using various communication channels.
Lead & set up the consumer engagement function for the company. Use consumer data effectively & efficiently to deliver actionable insights.
Devise re-engagement plans - Platform Planning, Email, App engagements, push notifications, SMS, Social retargeting & other possible communication channels basis consumer behavior.
Work effectively across teams and enjoy the interplay with App development, Product and Marketing team.
Knowledge of online tools, app tracking tool & marketing automation tool is mandatory.
Able to manage Marketing Automation tool for all consumer engagement campaigns.
