Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Desktop Support Engineer ( MAC ) –L2

We have an immediate vacancy for MAC support with one of our client company, an US based MNC.


Type: Onsite Engineer at client location

Facilities: CAB & Food facilities are extended by the client.


a) Excellent communication and presentation skills to support internal users in person and US, Singapore & Australia based users over phone, chat and remote.

b) Minimum of 2+ yrs hands on experience in MAC & Windows desktop/client support.

c) Knowledge on MAC OS versions, Yosemite & EI Capitan.

d) Ability to work under pressure, Front line support via telephones, chats and emails to end users.

e) Should be flexible for 24*7 shifts.

f) Sound scripting knowledge

Job Role:

a) Installation & troubleshooting of MAC & Windows OS

b) Configuration & Troubleshooting of email clients, VPN client, Network Printer, Wifi etc on MAC/ Windows on desktops/Laptops/ mobile devices.

c) Work on basics of Active Directory such as, creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc.

d) Work on Ticketing systems and resolve issues as per SLA and priority.

e) Support end users internally as well as users in Singapore, Australia & US with applications, software, hardware and network issues.

f) Write scripts independently based on project requirements.
