1. Managing Customer Representatives located at customer locations..

2. Tracking and Monitoring Customer Complaints and drive analysis and actions.

3. Reporting to customer on Concern Analysis and close the issues.

4. Initiate Containment action and monitor at warehouse / Customer stocks.

5. Readiness audit for the customer audits.
