Develop advisor through coaching, training, team management and support, etc make them active on business month-on-month, drive higher case rate per active advisor and case to achieve business targets Provide operational support to advisor in terms of business submission, issuance, pending resolve, new advisor licensing, etc. Plan, Monitor and Review advisor on a regular basis – to drive their team Activity, Case Rate and Case Size Ensure to achieve team targets and improving their performance and earnings consistantly Ensure that A&H & Pension targets are met through a healthy product mix

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
