Job Description
  • Responsible for new business development involving prospect development,understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client. 
  • Assess market competition and develop strategies to ensure growth of Business. 
  • Requires significant interaction with clients over the telephone. 
  • Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline. 
  • Responsible for relationship building, account management and mining of new clients. 
  • Handling existing clients and developing new clients, processing their request and closing a sales deal. 
  • Ability to generate leads, maintaining CRM, build business in a wide-open market. 
  • Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets. 
  • Ensure that business prospects become long term & strategic customers. 
  • Well versed in working under pressure, tight deadlines and target driven environments. 

  • Requirements: 
  • Excellent Email etiquette and proficient in written & spoken English. 
  • Must be excellent telephone communicator. 
  • Experience of phone prospecting, and cold calling for leads through team. 
  • Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sales. 
  • Excellent organizational & reporting abilities, with weekly reports to management. 
  • Should have worked with at least one CRM software for planning and recording sales activities. 
  • Self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work independently to meet company objectives.
